I'm a bit scared by the amount of things I paint these days. I mean, I'm not ALWAYS drugged/sedated, but this is not healthy. I'm always a bit high on music, but that's natural for me...

Well. Whatever.

I just wanted to tell you, that this one is in some way complementary to the Black Butterfly. The trick is that I had Charlie Jackpot from "The Vesuvius Club" in mind when painting this. Yes, thanks to Mark Gatiss again, I cannot resist the times he writes about...

Add to this one simple fact.
I've got Patrick Wolf's CD "The Bachelor" in my player now.
I guess that those who've heard that one can understand the mood.

Fully painted in Corel Painter, added some textures in PShop afterwards.

You know, I've just noticed a funny thing; "Charlie" has some resemblance with... well... half of contemporary British actors.)) I guess I watch too much British TV, yeah...)))
